  1. There are a few corrections you need to make on this. The biggest being the weight capacity of the quikrstuff mach 2 rack. The rack had a max weight of 300 lbs. For up to 2 trays, it can carry 2 120 lb bikes. For 3 trays, it can carry bikes 3 bikes between 80 lb and 120 lbs. For 4 trays it will carry bikes between 35 lbs and 70 lbs. The super duty by 1up has a max weight of 225 lbs and can handle 3 bikes up to 75 lbs each. If doing 4 bikes, 1 bike can be up to 75 lbs, 2 next bike up to 50 lbs and the 4th bike can be up to 35 lbs.

Your pricing is very far off as well. Quikrstuff mach2 is generally more expensive than the super duty 1up rack. A super duty single costs $430 and needs a $38 spacer kit for tires over 3″. Each add on tray is an additional $265. You can add on 2 trays to the single for 3 bikes total. The super duty also comes in a double tray mode for $680. It can also have 2 add on trays for up to 4 bikes. The quikrstuff mach 2 costs $680 for a single tray and can handle up to 5″ tires. Each add on tray costs $480 and you can add on up to 3 trays for a total of 4 bikes.

In conclusion, for 2 bikes the 1up super duty costs $680 plus the space kit if you have fat tires. For 2 trays on the quikrstuff mach 2, the cost is $1160. For a single tray rack from each company, 1up is $430 and the mach 2 is $680.

  2. According to the Quikrstuff website, the Quikrstuff Mach 2 weight capacity is quite different than your comparison:

    3 bikes – 160 lbs

    2″ Hitch Mach2

    2 bikes – 240 lbs
    3 bikes – 300 lbs
